Produced exclusively from properly dried and smoked, coagulated rubber sheets by excluding block, cuttings, scrap, frothy, weak, heated, burnt, airdripped or smooth sheets and visually graded.

Royal Latex manufactures specialized sheet rubber under the brand names RSS 1, RSS 4, and RSS 5.

RSS 1 is specially made for sports blader and other rubber sports goods manufactures , tyre tubes and air craft tyres, which require higher tensile strength. By using RSS 1, tensile strength of the product increases by 20 to 30 percent more than a competitors products.

RSS 4 and RSS 5 are used in tyres, rubber mats, chappals and rubber bushes. Consumption of rubber coir is brought down by 10 to 15 percent without affecting quality.
